How Do I Enter?

Entry into the Hyundai Milton Keynes Fun Run ’09 is really easy. Simply head over to the sign-up page and fill out the form.

Is there a limit on the number of entrants?

Sadly we have a maximum capacity for this event to 500 runners. However don’t let that put you off, please turn up to help

Can Anyone Run?

We don’t want to exclude anyone from running, so we will welcome everyone to take part:

However if you believe there may be anymedical reason you may be excluded from running then we would adivse visiting your local GP prior to running.
Any runner under the age of 14 requires a responsible adult to accompany them on the run.
Any runner aged 16 or under will need a responsible adult to sign them in at the event registrations desk.

What is the route?

The route for this years 5k run is around Furzton Lake. Each racer will be expected to complete 2 complete laps of the lake. The course features a few climbs and descents around the course, but this is deemed a minor challenge course.

Disclaimers?

For legal reasons we have two disclaimers that will need you to sign in order to take a part in this event. Once you have signed up online, and submit your entry you are agreeing to the terms and conditions there, and the second will be on the day of the event, you will be required to sign in, and this will be a disclaimer to ensure that you are still fit to run.

Once I've Run?

We wont leave you there and then. Once you’ve run we will have first aid teams on hand to help with any concerns you may have. Every runner will be acknowledged at the end of the race. We will announce the final total 30 days after the event has finished.

Can I Bring Support?

Of course you can, we aim to provide some great entertainment and refreshments for those who come along to support your efforts, and they too can be involved with generating the funds for these amazing causes. . The more support you bring along the easier you will find it to find your motivation.

Sponsorship:

To help to ensure the funds you raise find there way to our causes, as speedily as possible we would really appreciate it if you could bring your sponsorship money with you to the event, or a cheque for the full amount (made out to MIW Enterprises Ltd, our parent company). Any sponsorship raised that is not handed in on the day should be sent through to our offices within 30days of the event commencing. These should be sent to:

Refreshments:

We do have water available at the halfway and finish markers for this years event, We are also able to supply Project1 Events, sport water bottles complete with fresh water for just £2.50 each. For more details please email info@project1events.com. We have also arranged for some great catering to help refuel you, and your supporters.

Photos:

We have arranged for an event photographer to attend this years Hyundai Milton Keynes Fun Run ’09, and as such photos will be taken at the event. Photos will only be taken inside dedicated areas, and these will be marked.

If you do not wish to be photographed you must make this aware with our registration team.
