Welcome to the official home to the Hyundai Milton Keynes Fun Run '09. Now into its second year we are looking to build upon the real successes from the Milton Keynes Fun Run ‘08, and the Milton Keynes Santa Run ’08, and turn this into one of the best events in Milton Keynes’ 2009 charity event calendar.

This event is run through Project1 Events, who now have a great portfolio of sporting and music events in the local area, and are looking to expand this with the next instalment, the Hyundai Milton Keynes Fun Run ’09.

This event is being run to help raise money and awareness for two great causes, Keech Cottage and Amy Claridge, for more details about these causes please visit our causes page. In both the Milton Keynes Fun Run ’08 and the Milton Keynes Santa Run ’08 we raised approximately £400 in each event for charity. For this event we would like to see that figure improved tenfold. We are aiming to raise £5000 for charity for this years event.

To help in supporting this years event Hyundai have come forward as event sponsors to ensure that this event is a great day out for the whole family. So we would like to welcome everyone to this years event.

Once again the event will take place around the picturesque Furzton Lake in Milton Keynes. Entrants are welcomed to walk, run or let your dog walk you around the approx 5k course. This years event will take place on Sunday 19th July 2009, with registration opening from 10am. The run will begin at 11am, so please turn up early to ensure you are ready at the start of the race.
