THANK-YOU

Welcome back to the Hyundai Milton Keynes Fun Run ’09 Website. This years run took place on Sunday 19th July 2009, from 10am.

We welcomed everyone to come along for a full family fun day, especially those who wanted to run (or walk) the 5k course, in order to raise vital funds and awareness for the charity Keech Cottage and the individual case of Amy Claridge.

With runners of all ages turning up everyone took part in great spirits despite the appalling weather, particularly our youngest runner, just 3years old who managed to complete the course in under an hour, a fantastic achievement.

At this time we are still waiting for all the sponsorships to be sent in to our offices, but so far it is looking as though there has been a great response and we should have raised a great sum for Keech Cottage and Amy Claridge. Check back next month for a final amount to be posted.

Project1 Events would like to thank everyone who was involved with this years Hyundai Milton Keynes Fun Run 09, including: Hyundai Milton Keynes, One Drive School of Motoring, Sweatshop, The Furzton Lake 2-4-1 Pub, S-S Photography as the event sponsors. We would also like to thank Milton Keynes Sea Cadets, and Milton Keynes Marine Cadets for their participation alongside Guardian First Aid, in keeping this event safe. However most of all we would like to say a huge THANK-YOU to everyone who turned up to make this the fantastic event it was, and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

Next years event is already being planned, and its already looking like it should be not only Bigger, but much better next year so we will be looking forward to seeing you all then. Please keep an eye on this website for its changes.
